**Account Executive - Singapore Region (Education Technology)**
**Salary: $100-120k SGD + uncapped commissions**

**Your Role**:
As the Account Executive for the Singapore region, you will be instrumental in establishing our presence and driving sales within the dynamic education landscape of Asia. Leveraging your expertise in education technology and your extensive network in the region, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target K-12 schools, focusing on building relationships and understanding the unique needs and challenges of each institution.
- Cultivate and nurture leads through consultative selling, demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of the Singaporean market, ensuring alignment with local curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure, consistently exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize their success with our solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the education sector in Singapore, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education technology sector, with a strong track record of success in targeting K-12 schools in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Deep understanding of the education landscape in Singapore, including knowledge of curriculum standards, funding mechanisms, and decision-making processes within schools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of students and educators.
