
Sales Program Manager

**Position Summary**
A Sales Program Manager will be responsible for the growth of assigned accounts. He/ She work with Sales Lead to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders. He / She set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.
**Job Descriptions**
- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
- Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
- Provide leadership to a team of Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- At least 5+ years experience in System Integration and Box Build
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop others
- Possess with Manufacturing/Program management experience is required
- Possess with strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
