**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Lead District Managers to ensure assigned areas are profitable and operational efficient. The Operations/District Manager will assist in managing a group of outlets across Singapore. On top of day-to-day business matters covering a broad range of responsibilities including hygiene, compliance to legislation, tenant/franchisee relations and outlet vibrancy, the incumbent will also be involved in the following areas but not limited to:

- Responsible for overall performance targets and achievement, in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord/brands expectations.
- Monitor and review store inventory levels to identify slow-moving items and ensure a steady stream of incoming stock for replenishment.
- Budgeting and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecast and analysis reports for strategy implementation.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast with competitors and trends.
- Review and analyse store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs; Maximizing KPIs (e.g. Sales, productivity, loss control, etc.).
- Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs in all outlets.
- Review and improve SOP standards and be the owner for the operations manual/guide.
- Work with Marketing and cross functional teams to plan and deliver successful programmes.
- Develop new operating strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximise the operations productivity.
- Propose and define new business solutions (new retail tools, activities, practices and processes).
- Support retail stores daily through troubleshooting, system compliance, transaction auditing, overall operations support and supply ordering.
- Ensure standardization of current and new processes to achieve consistency across all retail stores.
- Coordinate all activities to operationally prepare for retail store openings / renovations / relocation activities to ensure smooth and proper dissemination of information to key departments.
- Conduct regular checks and inspection of outlets and equipment.
- Collaborate with key business partners/Franchisees to provide operational support and retail initiatives.
- Manage retail vendor relationships; ensure the best providers are in place through assessments and effective relationship management.

**Pre-requisites**:

- Diploma in Retail / Business Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales management and distribution of merchandise in a retail environment and managing a cluster of retail stores.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
- Great passion and enthusiasm about retail and customer service with the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess good command of written and spoken English.
- Attention to details with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management; A People-Person
- Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented, and able to problem-solve with positive working attitude.
