**About the Role**:
As a **Functional Rehabilitation Therapist**, you’ll work closely with our chiropractor to design and implement customised rehab plans that support spinal correction, injury recovery, and long-term functional movement. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional assessments and movement screens
- Develop and lead tailored rehab and corrective exercise programs
- Provide individualised sessions focused on Soft tissue Therapy, Mobilization Exercises, Stretches, Functional & Strengthening exercises
- Collaborate with our chiropractor on integrated care plans
- Educate clients on home-based exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of rehab sessions and outcomes
- Assist in creating content or workshops related to rehab and wellness (optional)

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in physiotherapy, sports science, kinesiology, or a related field
- Certification in rehab, corrective exercise, or movement-based therapy (e.g. NASM CES, FRC, DNS, SFMA, etc.) is a strong plus
- Prior experience in clinical rehab, sports therapy, or fitness-based rehab (1-3 years preferred)
- Passion for helping people move and feel better
- Great interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
- Able to work independently and manage client caseload
- Interest in continuous learning and professional growth
