Rehabilitation Therapist

Thy Hua Kwan Moral Charities has been serving the community with a wide range of social and welfare services since 2011.

The organization supports individuals of all ages - children, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities - regardless of race, language, or religion.

We are seeking passionate rehabilitation therapists to join our allied health team delivering therapy services to adults and seniors across our network of programmes.

  • Conduct assessments and provide individualised occupational therapy interventions for adult and elderly clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges.
  • Develop personalised therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to clients' functional needs, interests, and life contexts.
  • Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based, residential, or community settings.
  • Provide caregiver training and advice to promote independence in daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Passion for working with adults and elderly clients in community, residential, and home-based settings.
  • Experience in rehabilitation, eldercare, or disability-related settings is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in adult rehabilitation are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
