**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Introduce and promote our accredited Business Management and English Language programs to individuals and businesses, driving growth in the private education sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Engage with prospective students, assess their learning needs, and recommend suitable courses that align with their career goals.
- **Business Growth Strategy**: Leverage insights from student and client interactions to refine our offerings and improve service quality, contributing to overall business expansion.
- **Community Building**: Organize workshops, events, and study groups to foster a supportive learning environment and encourage lifelong learning among students.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Proven experience in **Business Development** or Sales, preferably within the **private education sector**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of students and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and educational technology tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
