**Responsibilities**

- Responsible for daily management and driving of a team including AM(s) and TPM(s) to achieve or exceed revenue and/or profitability targets for the assigned customers
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and accurate forecast of sales volumes for all assigned customer accounts
- Involve in developing company business strategies, provides input on product directions, customer requirements and commitments
- Work closely with other parts of the organization such as product engineering, operations, etc. to ensure that the company deliver the most coherent, best in class solutions to the customers
- Build strong relationships with key customers in the region, works closely with the customers to ensure their success
- Identify high-level problems and issues and finds creative and innovative ways to resolve them
- Identify new market segments and prepares the strategic plans for pursuing these new markets
- Identify and approach potential new customers
- Screen potential accounts to ensure a fit between the customer’s requirements and the company’s capabilities
**Requirements**:

- Degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
- 10+ years directly related experience in the sub-con semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Proven analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Management and leadership skills are required
- In depth knowledge of the sub-con semiconductor industry
