Outreach and Fund Raising Executive

**Core Function**:
The Executive will be involved in:
1. Management Associate development pathway with the aim of taking on a managerial position in the social service/ charity sector

2. Administrative duties

Manage E-commerce sites that include logistics and updates to webstore.

Monthly sales report

Stock inventory

Management of donor management system, social media, and website

Handling of inquiries relating to sales or fundraising

Liaison with suppliers and stakeholders

3. Event planning, organizing and execution with Fund Raising Manager

4. Community partnerships with the objective of fundraising., outreach and collaborations

5. Any tasks and developmental cross-functional projects that may be assigned by the Fund Raising Manager or Executive Director.

**Requirements**:

- Desire to serve and build a career in the social service sector
- Able to handle social media such as social media calendar, content creation and posting.
- Design posters and flyers for marketing collaterals using design software such as CANVA or similar.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a positive ‘Can do attitude.
- Business Development and marketing mindset.

**IT skills**

WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft office.

**Educational Level**

A-Levels/Poly diploma (Any faculty)

**Experience**
- Event organizing or Sales and Marketing or E-commerce will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
