
Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records.
- Prepare and distribute official documents, memos, and reports as required.
- Assist with human resources activities, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records.
- Support finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining expense records, and reconciling accounts.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering queries and providing necessary information.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresh Grads are welcomed, training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of database management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR and finance processes and regulations is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
