We are currently looking for **a Senior Client Partner** to play a key role in establishing and building client relationships in Singapore & APAC. **The Senior Client Partner will be given a targeted account list with a local/regional focus and will be the owner of the client relationship and Stellar Elements sales process** which includes the handoff to delivery. You are supported by strategic pursuit team members from across our service disciplines throughout the pursuit process. While the Senior Client Partner is responsible for owning the entirety of the sales process, these individuals assist with presentations, estimating engagements, and proposal development.
**Your new job**:
- The Client Partner serves as a trusted advisor and relationship owner with the ability to engage with our clients and grow client relationships to understand their most critical business challenges to identify opportunities that Stellar Elements can deliver positive value and outcomes.
- As an experienced and proactive Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for leveraging existing relationships within accounts and driving successful client relationships and pitch presentations at C-Level Execs and Senior Leaders at Enterprise organisations
- You will focus on all prospects within accounts daily with the aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive net new and organic growth and strong relationships.
- You enjoy the challenge and the rewards that come from establishing strong client relationships and leverage those bonds to grow revenue within those accounts
- Evolve our client engagements from project to long-term strategic engagements
- Identify new business opportunities through new and existing client engagements
- You enjoy sourcing, closing, and managing those opportunities to completion
- You will create a client expansion strategy and own the customer relationship and engage with Stellar Elements team members (within and cross-office) to develop effective client proposals to ensure delivery excellence
**What you know**:
- You are a Trusted consultant/advisor mentality with a complete focus on account growth and have a successful track record of selling complex technology solutions to Senior Leaders of enterprise organisations
- Trusted consultant/advisor mentality with a complete focus on account growth
- Must have more than 7+ years of Solution Sales experience in Technology Consulting, Design Research, User Experience, and/or Enterprise Technology
- You understand how to deliver technology programmes and products
- Expertise in driving transformation/digital initiatives within large enterprises delivering enterprise software solutions and/or cloud solutions
- You are experienced in presenting to and working with Senior
- level client contacts
- Proven track record of retaining and growing key accounts
- Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen - you are able to earn
- Experience in consulting/ creative/ digital agency experience or custom development sales background (or experience) is preferable
