**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster and grow the Web3 community.- Engage with community members across various platforms (like Discord, Telegram, X, WeChat) to build strong relationships.- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, webinars, and other interactive sessions.- Plan and execute online and in person community events.- Handle communications with other Web3 communities to form partnerships and collaborations.- Manage and control Discord group chats with communities and individuals contacting Space and Time.- Generate new ideas around community and platform engagement, including efforts related to the SxT Community Points system.- Engage with the Space and Time community and stay up to date on crypto industry trends.- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.- Assist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategy.- Plan and execute community activations, campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and community growth.- Track and analyze the success of activations and campaigns to continuously improve engagement strategies.- Coordinate with marketing, development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of community activations with overall business objectives.- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and Web3 space.- Educate and inform the community about relevant Web3 concepts and technologies.**Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience in Web3 community management required- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, trends and communities required- Experience managing communities on Twitter and Discord required- Strong understanding of and experience in social media analytics preferred- Influencer marketing experience preferred- Project management skills and attention to detail.- Ability to meet deadlines with little oversight- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders- The editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
