About the job

You will be responsible for delivering an engaging experience for our learners. We are looking for people who have experience leading virtual workshops in a start-up environment and can bring their unique and authentic facilitation capabilities.**Responsibilities**
- Lead and provide instruction for our Manager Essentials Sprint
- Provide authentic examples that the learners can related to
- Facilitate discussion throughout the workshops
- Achieve high engagement and satisfaction scores from the workshops
- Conduct demos during the workshops
- Set context for exercises and debrief exercises
- Respond to questions before, during, and after the workshops

About you- You have 3+ years of experience leading training for adults in-person or virtually
- You have 3+ years of experience managing direct reports ideally in a start-up environment
- You're able to check for understanding and effectively prompt and respond to questions in an empathetic manner
- You thrive in the environment of interacting with people
- You're open-minded in understanding and empathising with different cultures and backgrounds
- You're an eloquent and concise communicator virtually with effective body language, eye contact, and vocal control
- You have a professional space at home with strong internet that will allow you to deliver virtual live sessions
- You lean towards extroversion, you are most energised when you are around a group of people that you can bounce ideas off
- **Nice to haves**:

- Leadership coach or facilitation certification- You have experience in formal teaching
- You get excited working on relatively young projects with a lot of potential to mould and you're happy to wear a different hat occasionally
- A record of building and/or managing communities
- A record of building and/or hosting events
- Experience working with LMS

**Remote requirements**:

- NewCampus is a fully remote company and you will have flexibility in your hours.
