Join us as an eFX Trader
- You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the eFX and eFI trading business, providing feedback and ideas in order to improve the overall E product
- We’ll look to you to ensure that pricing remains available and competitive in line with the overall strategy, and to maintain customer service and profitability
- You’ll actively review client performance as well as using the full suite of analytics to improve business performance

**What you'll do**:
Working for the Head of eFX Trading, you’ll implement the current strategy for the eFX Trading product, and deliver the business objectives of financial targets, client delivery, and risk and control. You’ll manage all day-to-day risks efficiently from the automated market making and risk management business. You’ll also highlight any issues to the Support, Technology and Quant Trading team in order to be remediated and ultimately for product improvement.

By engaging with quantitative research teams, you’ll optimise the eFX product design and configuration, and you’ll collaborate closely with the eFX Quant trading team to implement and monitor the current eFX strategic design. As such, you’ll implement change more systematically, and provide feedback where appropriate.

You’ll also:

- Collaborate with the eFX Quant team, providing real time observations based on the current set up, and contribute to the system process through controlled experimentation and data review
- Actively review the automated market making and risk management performance as well as using the full suite of analytics to improve business performance
- Effectively manage liquidity provider relationships, and collaborate with global sales teams to drive forward the client agenda, helping to produce relevant MI, actions, and product improvement
- Provide regular business updates on delivery and successes to management and other stakeholders

**The skills you'll need**:
Along with in-depth knowledge and experience of eFX pricing and risk management strategies, you’ll have a solid grasp of eFX or eFI ecosystems, and a track record of leading a quantitative approach to risk management.

We’re also looking for:

- A background in developing successful alpha generating models
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a business-building aptitude
- Experience with high frequency databases, database software, in particular KDB, and research toolboxes, ideally Python
- A strong mathematic background, ideally including statistics and modern machine learning methods
- Experience in running risk in eFX or eFI
