**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inbound order flow requests from clients
- Engage current and new trading counterparties to ensure a best in class service of the highest standard is provided, building long term relationships
- Manage the entire trade life cycle, including client engagement, execution, hedging and settlement
- Collaborate with other departments within the company and across the group to ensure proper trade process is followed and completed
- Review and improve the trading process
- Work with technology team on developing and improving the trading system
- Generate insights for creating new products, fee structures, new margin pricing etc. with detailed explanations and justifications. Also generate trade ideas and convey house views to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline (Fresh Grads with strong coding background welcome)
- 1-3 years of trading and/or sales trading experience with strong knowledge of digital assets, commodities, equities, FX/eFX, fixed income, or derivatives essential
- Good understanding of API integration, coding and scripts.
- Strong understanding of trade execution and risk management
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies a must
- Strong initiative and a proven self-starter
