Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating value through electronic market making, quantitative analytics, and algorithmic trading. They will work closely with the eSales team to service clients' needs while building lasting relationships and franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and maintain electronic market-making models for Spot FX, NDF, Forwards, and Swaps
  • Design and implement quantitative analytics tools to inform market-making decisions
  • Collaborate with the eSales team to provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships
  • Contribute to the development of pricing and hedging models
  • Stay up-to-date with market events and leverage client flow to drive business growth

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading FX products
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantitative research or trading
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or relevant quantitative packages like Pandas or scikit-learn
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex, high-dimensionality data from multiple sources
