**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients, providing stellar post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Harness the potential of virtual platforms to foster relationships with potential customers, enhancing company reach and market presence.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and assessing the progress of prospective clients within the sales cycle.
- Coordinate and arrange face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and Outside Sales Representatives, facilitating efficient communication and engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Holder of a Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience in a comparable role is required.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Immediate availability to commence work will be considered an added advantage.
