**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Manage the sales closing for confirmed and specified projects.
- Identify and develop project-based business opportunities with developers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including developers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients for project deliveries.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify new opportunities for project sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.
- Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.

**Working Hours and Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position.
- Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Travel within Singapore om the day-to-day basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- building materials or architectural products industry: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
