Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop datacenter and IT room infrastructure facilities, including lifecycle management strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard secured datacenter and IT room facilities with high availability design & Define and maintain regular maintenance concept/policy for datacenter and IT room facilities. Define and maintain equipment provisioning concept and procedure and applicable ITIL processes. Develop and provide concept for maintaining complete system and environment availability (e.g. security monitoring, detection concept, temperature/humidity controls) for all datacenter and IT room areas.
- Perform periodic infrastructure capacity planning, floor planning & reporting. Review internal controls over specialized processing cycles. Ensure that changes in operations processes are updated in the documentation database. Identify possible audit issues and develop recommendations. Develop recommendations for areas of improvement, write reports documenting findings, and follow up on recommendations to ensure suggestions are implemented. Complete reports for dissemination to management and ensure proper follow up of outstanding items and recommendations.
