**E- Commerce & Marketing Executive**

**Job Responsibility**
- Drive revenue and manage campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora.
- To create, manage and uploading Product Listing for Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify.

To issue purchase order, stock transfer and update stock on hand for all online stores
- Work with third-party e-commerce enabler to ensure tasks are executed on time.
- Liaise with marketplace account mangers on planning of campaigns.
- Ensure catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all channels respectively.
- Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accurately across all channels.
- Ensure new collection are uploaded to website and marketplaces.
- Manage delivery operations and ensure all KPO’s are met.
- Manage the online product catalogue, including product categorization, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product listing s with compelling content, images and product description.
- Managing day to day operation including order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and feedback
- Maintain and handle day to day stocks.
- Preparing reports required by management.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing /Ecommerce /Business or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce & Marketing management is a must.
- Working knowledge in Local & international e-commerce platform/systems, (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel, **Photoshop, Canva**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong organisational skill.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, fast, and efficient and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary**:$3500 - $5000
