**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Management**:

- Own and hit/exceed sales targets within assigned territories and accounts
- Manage the entire sales operations of the Territory, including but not limited to Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Sales Promotions, Seasonal Activities, Exhibitions, Talks and Seminars, Prospecting, Customer Service and Communications, Market Survey and related activities.
- Source new distributors, hospital laboratories, and other partners to market and sell our company’s products.
- Manage the Indirect Sales - providing the approved price list, attending to all sales and marketing matters/activities, on-the-job training, site visits, logistics and any other incidental matters. Provide on-the-ground support for distribution partners as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performances and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
- Measure and track the sales performance of direct sales and the sales of Distributors.
- Prepare report on regional sales results and distributors performances and conduct business reviews with distributors to discuss sales performance.
- Use established customer relationship management (CRM) systems to document data relative to partners, accounts and activities and update management.
- Participate in discussion for pricing models.
- Participate in discussion for competitive plans and strategies.
- Measure and track the collection of payments for direct sales and sales of Distributors.
- Liaise with the relevant staff to update, maintain, and compile marketing reports, present meaningful analyses and provide justifiable recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing efforts support corporate goals and are in harmony with other operational goals.

**Logistics and Laboratory**:

- To liaise, coordinate, facilitate and arrange together with the relevant staff (internal and/or Distributors) for all logistic matters including tracking the Samples, Collection Kits and Lab Reports - from delivery of collection kits and replenishments thereof, to collection and delivery of samples from hospitals to our Laboratory, and provide the right reports to the right medical consultants.
- To arrange with the relevant staff for any contingencies locally and abroad.
