Training Assistant

1. Provide operational and technical supports to the training team with knowledge of mechanical, piping, electrical and commissioning trades.

2. Assist with developing training material for shipboard systems.

3. Assist with developing training documentation such as training management plan, block syllabus, detail syllabus, lesson plan training evaluation and assessment questionnaires.

4. Assist with logístical matters such as compiling and binding of completed training materials.

5. Assist with developing training timetable after liaising with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). You will also be required to execute the trainings as and when required.

6. Co-ordinate training schedules according to training timetable and liaise with both inhouse and external trainers.

7. Assist the chief trainer in conducting classroom lessons and shipboard practical trainings.

8. Coordinate with OEM when handing over the final training materials and documents to the owner.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Marine Engineering or related fields

2. At least 2 years of experience in related training fields, preferably in the marine industry

3. Comfortable working in shipyard environment as site visits will be required

4. Fluent in written and spoken English

5. Confident in conducting classroom trainings and detail-oriented in handling training materials

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
