**Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and ensure day to day performance efficiency for the entire warehouse operations.
- Determine proper stocking levels, replenishment systems, issue and receipt procedures, required inventory control policies and procedures, management information system to support material availability control and distribution.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Drive warehouse operations system improvements by analysing process work flow and implementing improvements according to changing demand.
- To drive and manage the local and export delivery operations.
- To have a customer focused mindset and work closely with internal and external customers
- To enhance the processes and automate functions through digitalization, leveraging on IT and other technological tools
- To build and develop capabilities for the logistics team
- Accomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, training and disciplining warehouse team; communicating expectations, reviewing contributions and enforcing procedures.
- Maintain safe, clean and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Able to manage external vendors in terms of operational issues and billing.
- Able to brainstorm creatively for ideas on how best to improve the delivery network.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience in managing logistics and delivery or warehousing functions.
- At least 5 years in management role.
- Effective communication skills to work closely with different stakeholders
- Ability to use software in data analytics for decision making.
- Strong knowledge in local delivery and export handling practices
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
- Management skills in leading logistics teams and managing drivers and workers
- Strong safety mindset and knowledge on safe work procedures and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
