- System monitoring, administration & Dashboard reporting
- Data Analytics & Dashboard visualisation
- Video Development & Maintenance, using AI Text-to-Speech
- Intranet development and maintenance
- Flow Diagramming, SOP/Work instructions development and maintenance
- End-user Support
- Other duties as assigned by Head, Information Technology
