RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Intern (1 Year Internship)

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update staff personal file and system
- Assist in employee welfare activities, including administrative matters
- Assist in staff performance administration
- Prepare HR letters and correspondences
- Provide support in any ad-hoc matters

QUALIFICATIONS

Pre-Requisites
- Diploma in HR or its equivalent
- Experience with MS Office, Words, Powerpoint and Excel
- Highly meticulous and organized especially with data
- Able to work independently to meet organizational goals
- Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations
- You should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities
