**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and oversee an efficient access card electronic security system
- Monitor the security access control ticketing system and provide assistance to employees regarding card access
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing employee inquiries from various lines of businesses
- Generate comprehensive reports on access card production metrics
- Collaborate with local stakeholders such as HR and LOBs to process access card requests aligned with GPS standards for onboarding and offboarding notifications
- Coordinate the distribution of access cards to employees
- Generate reports using the access control system
- Perform restricted access recertification processes
- Assist with access control projects as required

- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and establish rapport
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail
- Capable of efficiently multitasking, working independently, and handling sensitive information confidentially
- Take a proactive approach with a positive attitude, actively following up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
- Proven experience in Corporate Physical Security
- Familiarity with Electronic Security Systems

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 0900-1800hrs
