**Responsibilities**:

- Process New Cardkey Badge Application for Employees, Contract Staff, Contractors (Include Photo Session and printing)
- Process - Cardkey Badge Extension Request - Direct Contract and contractors
- Program Card Access Request for Short Term Visit - EM Affiliated, etc
- Issue Material Gate Pass Booklet
- Filing and Maintenance the security documents
- Manage and filing of all contractor returned cards, ensure all are updated to Card Access System
- Manage of Banned List
- Maintenance - Card System Audit Trial Report (All transactions)
- Attend Ad-hoc Request; Request for transaction history report - Approval from EP&S Section Head / Site Security Advisor / Fire & Security Supervisor are requires
- Provides administrative support, purchases on stationeries (when necessary)
- Assist and maintenance of security related forms and booklets
- Ensure all card readers terminal is online
- All other duties as and when assigned by EP&S Section Head / Site Security Advisor / Fire & Security supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 “O” Level Passes or equivalent
- Able to communicate and write in English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, power-point)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good working attitude, meticulous and possess a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work overtime as and when required
