**Responsibilities**:

- Managing travel arrangements (hotel and flight bookings, local transportation, itineraries, updating calendars, expense claims etc.)
- General administrative duties in the areas of raising of purchase requisitions/purchase order; managing stationeries, supplies to the pantry, updating phone directory and ER claims
- Support Sales and Finance on cheque deposits via local courier as well as updating cheque records, preparation of airway bills, printing of documents (e.g. contracts) and arranging for signatures and posting as required.
- On a monthly basis provide support to Finance on Accruals for medical claims; contract staff payroll and overtime; Goods receipt (GR) in SAP and submission of invoices; payroll report for Finance an retrieval of government pay-outs (e.g. SEC/ WCS), FWL claims and any other relevant items as required.
- Provide HR Support on
- The management of contract staff payroll matters
- Administer, monitor, and follow up on staff medical and insurance claims
- Support the yearly insurance renewal (WIC, Group Insurance etc)
- Manage Application, renewal, and termination of WP/ SP/ EP
- Assist on-boarding of new employees in Singapore (pre-employment medical check-up, badge, AMEX Card, account setup for SAP, Ceridian, Induction Program itinerary, and desk, or room assignment)
- Support administration of Occupational Health Check requirements of GCP, EHS & MOM as well as onsite / offsite Annual Health Screening for employees
- Co-ordinate Interview arrangements
- Work together as a team in the organizing of employee events, celebrations, awards, food ordering etc.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
