Greet and welcome guests and visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Maintain the visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure all visitors sign in and out of the office.
- Assist with administrative tasks as and when needed.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in training room booking and day to day event setup.
- Maintain the visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure all visitors sign in and out of the office.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Assist in name card ordering and printing for employees.
- Assist with administrative tasks as and when needed.
- Communicate with employees about important messages, announcements, and events.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures with regard to visitor access and security.
**Requirement**
- GCE “O” Level, Diploma and/or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Independent and a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
