About the team
The Strategy and Data Science is responsible for developing strategies that will drive development for TikTok's largest and fastest-growing. The team provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage global strategy teams to achieve end goals of monetization projects
2. Involve in developing and framing the overall strategy for the monetization team(i.e. long term business plans)
3. Provide analytical/strategic thinking and leadership support for studying industry trends or business issues
4. Provide recommendations to senior management if any actions or changes are required
**Qualifications**:
2. Experience in leading a strategy team in a globally fast growing business
3. A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Strategy
4. Experience in leading projects and teams in global wide
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
