About the team
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy & Operations team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
**In this role, you will**:
- Act as the key strategy partner to the monetization leadership team focusing on the Small & Medium Business (SMB) advertiser segment
- Assist in the development monetization strategy through analysis and research, and evolve insights into growth initiatives
- Build short-term and long-term strategic and financial plans
- Set and manage performance goals
- Measure and track business performance, own business reporting and performance analysis, and drive business review cadences
- Partner closely with monetization team leadership to drive high impact projects
- Manage key initiatives on a project basis, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within APAC, Beijing (HQ), and other international markets
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of sales strategy, sales finance, sales operations, business operations, product strategy, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred
- Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
- Skilled project manager. High EQ team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures
- Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment, adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillls
