**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Significantly contribute to the development and execution of zujuDigital's monetization strategy including strategic and tactical pricing frameworks, platform feature strategies, and channel strategies throughout production and post-launch
- Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and strategy teams to build premium monetization experiences that delight our customers and increase revenue
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modeling to optimize meaningful metrics, identify gaps, to identify new monetization opportunities to maximize platform revenue
- Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business revenue growth
- Define the purchase funnel in-app/platform with the production team
- Define the right tools and process to manage the content, pricing & promotion

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience in a monetization role preferably in a B2C business
- Proven experience in optimizing metrics and revenue on a product or service
- Excel at juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, data modelling skills and proficiency in AB/multivariate testing with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis in to insights and strategies
- Strong pricing/promotions experience
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about the football industry and the user communities in Asia, familiar with the India market is a plus.
