TikTok seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Strategy & Operations team to work on our Catalog products that help businesses succeed on the platform. You will focus on leading the charge by developing an in-depth understanding of the market, identifying opportunities, defining product strategy and driving go-to-market to bring the solution to life.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, customer feedback and represent the market with Product Management and R&D.
2. Partner closely with Product team to deeply understand business' pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
3. Define and execute go-to-market. Lead charter on defining product positioning, value proposition, naming, outbound marketing for e-commerce advertiser facing solutions.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on goals, develop and execute global programs and initiatives to drive product adoption.
1. BA/BS degree or above.
2. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy or product management or relevant experience (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market and inform product roadmap).
3. Experience in taking internet products through full lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategies.
4. Knowledge of mobile monetization and e-commerce industry.
5. Initiator that can manage a cross-functional team in evolving environment and be data-informed decision maker.
6. Proficiency in English is a must.
