Join our Crisis Planning and Operations team where you will play a crucial role in emergency and contingency planning, particularly for future pandemics or disease outbreaks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the roster and personnel management of Singapore Emergency Medical Team members from SingHealth as part of the national commitment to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in capacity building for disaster health management, ensuring prompt activation and deployment when required
- Managing the Staff Health Surveillance System and Incident Reporting System
- Providing administrative assistance in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities, including involvement in inspections, preparation of meeting minutes, and other training matters
- Monitoring external operational situations at various locations, such as dormitories, and preparing daily statistics for reporting
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day ground coordination and procurement of supplies, including manpower resource allocation, logistics support, and courier coordination
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with 1 to 2 years' prior experience in emergency preparedness, contingency operations, and medical centre operations
- Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Strong project and event management skills
- Experience in handling secretariat functions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
