Job Title: Sr. Manager, Crisis Response Planning
Job Overview:The incumbent plays a pivotal role in developing comprehensive scenarios and operational plans to address medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of hospital services, civil emergencies, and national crises.
This position entails supporting stakeholders in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless implementation of these plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of crisis response plans and SOPs for various scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize these plans and ensure their effective implementation.
- Develop and maintain situational awareness during emergency situations.
- Provide strategic guidance to support business continuity during crises.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Emergency Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crisis management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing crisis response plans and implementing SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
