Inpatient Operations
- Ensure operational efficiency at Inpatient Operations, improve on work processes, handle staff matter and be involved in public relations and administrative affairs
- Work closely with various department stakeholders to undertake projects for service improvements.
- In addition, you will be exposed to key areas of hospital operations so as to acquire a broad view and understanding of hospital management and assume increasing levels of responsibilities
Crisis Planning and Operations
- Develop, communicate and execute various emergency preparedness and response plan (e.g Fire Safety, Civil emergency, Pandemic and Business Continuity etc.
- Coordinate resources from all stakeholders before, during and after an emergency, managing the activities through the transition of the 4 phases (mitigation - preparedness - response - recovery)
- Ensure that CGH’s Hospital Plans are updated annually are tested on a regular basis
- Ensure that hospital incidents are managed and/or reported in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth running of the CGHOC’s operations.
- Provide secretariat support for various hospital meetings

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Preferably 2 years of experience in acute healthcare setting
- Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
- Self-motivated with an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
- Team player, strong collaborator
- Independent worker, possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
