Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Develop executable market ideas and educate Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on fixed income and structured notes
- Drive revenue for the fixed income and structured notes business
- Manage the product life cycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Define and launch new products, features, and capabilities
- Oversee all aspects of product marketing for fixed income and structured notes
- Work with team members to ensure adequate dealing coverage at all times
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet annual sales and financial targets
- Manage internal and external investment partners and/or vendor relationships, engage in negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements

To be eligible for the role you will require:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, investments or finance
- 5-8 years of related experience in advisory sales and dealing of fixed income and structured notes
- Detailed knowledge of markets analysis, with strong technical capabilities in analyzing fixed income and structured notes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and convince Wealth Management customers
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires often communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
