
Restaurant Receptionist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle phone calls and inquiries relating to reservations.
2. Greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
3. Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests.
4. Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the General Manager about the particular guest’s preferences.
5. Handle guests’ requests and respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
6. Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
7. Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
8. Actively listen, record and report all guests’ complaints to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
9. Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
10. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**WORKING HOURS**
- 6 days (rest on Wednesdays)
- 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
