As a Management Executive, you will work closely with senior leadership, the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth.

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and ensuring that our products and services align with customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team, attend trainings and provide support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- High interest in B2B or B2C sale processes.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
