**About the role**

Based at our Singapore offices and reporting to the Head of Trade Execution, GrainCorp is seeking a new team member to join us as a Senior Trade Execution Coordinator. The role is responsible for managing the execution of grain contracts for both bulk and container shipping. The role will also entail:

- Manage the day to day tasks of planning, shipping, invoicing, presenting documents and monitoring payments from the export or purchase point to the import or sales point
- Execute charter parties
- Proactively identify and resolve critical issues preventing flawless execution
- Ensuring compliance with all export and import requirements as well as with GrainCorp’s corporate policies

**About your experience**

You should also have:

- Sound knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of payment instruments
- Knowledge of charter party preferred
- Knowledge of importing / exporting regulations
- Due to the nature of shipping operations, flexibility and availability outside of standard working hours is required, including some weekends._
