Co-ordination of various Electrical/Extra-Low Voltage contractors on site on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure site installations by Electrical/Extra-Low Voltage Contractor’s meet company’s quality standards, specifications, shop drawings and shop drawings.
- Resolve any space management clashes for Extra-Low Voltage services on site
- Leading the commissioning activities of all the Electrical/Extra-Low Voltage equipment and installations on site including troubleshooting.
- Witnessing of testing results for testing Electrical/Extra-Low Voltage system equipment and installation.
- Ensuring that all test records are in accordance with the project specific Quality Assurance / Quality Compliance procedures and filled in the respective Quality dossiers.
- Interfacing and feedback to the project engineer on design issues/ discrepancies and changes in design.
- Update site changes by marking in Red on Released for Construction drawings and feedback to Senior Engineer / Engineer
- Interfacing with the Senior Engineer / Engineer on schedule, taking the project milestones into considerations.
- Generating Punchlist / defect list for the field installation and closeout of the Punchlists for handover of system to client.
- Attend Daily Project coordination meetings at project site
- Checking and approving materials and equipment at point of delivery to site
- Promote safe working practices and protect the health and well-being of all Employees, Sub-contractors and Customers
- Arranging mock-ups and sample boards. Assisting the Project Engineer during client inspections and obtaining official agreement on the solution and aesthetic impact from all interested parties
- Ensuring housekeeping is undertaken frequently enough to maintain a safe and neat work place at all times
- Co-ordination with other discipline Supervisors and Engineers for As built drawing generation.
- Monitor and report Sub-Contractor’s daily manpower on site and highlighting schedule concerns and manpower concerns to the System Engineer.
- Ensure / expedite / verify Sub-Contractor deliverables on site.
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Control & Instrumentation Engineering
- Basic knowledge of Commissioning Techniques and System Start-Up.
- Knowledge of Calibration, servicing and troubleshooting of instruments and controllers.
- Experience in on site supervision of electrical/ELV in the process, pharmaceutical, electronics or petrochemical industries.
