**Hello from Mitrade **We are a regulated FinTech company offering OTC derivatives online trading in many financial markets. We are looking for talents to join our Sinapore team (HQ).

**Job description**:

- Identify new potential local/global Payment Partners, Banks and Payment Channels, knowing the business needs to negotiate terms and successfully onboard channels
- Manage the business relationship with our Payment Service Providers and Banks
- Strong ownership in managing payment partnerships, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including operation, product and compliance
- Work with the various internal teams to successfully onboard, launch and integrate new payment providers, provide assistance to test and improve the process efficiency for the user's payment experience
- Analyze data to improve acceptance rates and payment experience
- Subject Matter Expert of Mitrade’s payment infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or other relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years of proven success in a similar role in leading business development/sales/payment partnership
- Preferred working experience in online payment industry, preferred to have exposure to alternative payment methods (APMs)liaising payment solution providers within Cryptocurrency, Forex, Gaming
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and passion to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving responsibilities related to keeping pace with shifting market requirements.
- Good verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin
