- Work with head of growth to define and execute the payfi segment's growth strategy and support the day-to-day running of the business
- Secure partnerships with merchants, channel partners, remittance service providers, on/off-ramp providers and other payment solution providers
- Work with product team to build world-class payment solution products
- Coordinate across multiple partners and internal stakeholders to launch payment products that'll value-add to millions of users
- Setup SOP and best practices for the new payfi division
**Job Requirements**
- Experience navigating compliance, regulatory challenges, and risk in the payments and web3 industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto payment systems, with experience launching successful crypto products.
- Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong experience in negotiating and securing partnerships in the payments space
