Singapore The Software Practice Full time

We are looking for a well-rounded **People & Culture Executive** who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You will provide key support to the company’s talent goals in aspects of human resources, recruiting, organizational development, culture, and employee happiness. To excel in this role, you should be able to learn quickly, work independently and communicate effectively.

**Responsibilities**

**People Operations**
- Implement and manage HR policies including talent acquisition, retention, onboarding process, compensation and welfare benefits.- Manage work visa-related matters and draft contracts for employees, contractors, interns, and other relevant stakeholders i.e. third-party recruiters.- Supports performance review process and career development planning.- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management across all the countries where our staff members are located.

**Culture Development**- Build and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the company's values and goals.- Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, boost morale and cultivate a positive organizational culture.- Manage strategies to enhance employer branding, including leveraging the company’s reputation via social media platforms.- Facilitate and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Evaluate culture-related metrics and feedback from employee surveys to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of culture initiatives.

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a tailored talent acquisition and retention strategy, overseeing talent pipelines, particularly for software engineering roles, across multiple countries in Asia and Southeast Asia.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in human resources and talent management and recommend relevant policies and initiatives to the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience.- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition and/or people & culture.- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System software.- A clear understanding of HR practices and legal requirements.- Strong problem solving, reporting and analytical skills.- Experience in leading cultural initiatives, managing diversity and inclusion programs, and implementing employee engagement and employer branding strategies.- Experience in start-up companies with track records in initiating and developing projects or initiatives from the ground up.- Cheerful, pleasant personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.- Highly organized with a high level of drive and integrity.
- Have a mindset of “Getting-Things-Done” i.e. effectively managing tasks, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects and objectives.
