The Membership Department is responsible for driving member insights and analytics, to create dynamic member segmentation, to increase membership for all tiers, and advance guest and member spending by way of campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities
**_Analysis _**
- Develop strategy to increase member signup and engagement.
- Continuously review and improve on member offerings, rewards and perks through partnerships and promotions
- Create and implement best practices for membership communications across life cycle and campaign communications, including digital outreach (EDMs, App notifications, SMS, etc.)
- Complete ownership of marketing EDM communications for the whole database in relation to any and all activities in the Zouk Group portfolio (F&B, Club, future projects, etc.)
- Schedule and disseminate all EDMs, review, analyse and report thereafter
- Continuously review and report on the efficacy of membership initiatives at all tiers and areas of the customer funnel on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Establish KPI’s, scorecards and campaigns that have clear action items and next steps
- Manage, organize and leverage the CRM database
- Collaborate with Zouk VIP team and marketing team to organise internal & external member’s event
- Maintain and drive engagement for all marketing related elements on the Zouk App
- Consistently update event and ticketing information on the Zouk App
- Plan out and execute annual members calendar that includes all events and campaigns
- Properly budget for all activations - track ROI for scorecard tally on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Create visibility on membership goals related to trends, opportunities, performance for stakeholders
- Help bring an awareness and understanding of membership set up, CRM systems, CRM tools, Membership analysis tools and reporting tools to stakeholders
- Conceptualise and drive Zouk Group customer rewards and gifting as it relates to key events and campaigns
- Use best practices in the industry to make consumer acquisitions and engagement more efficient
