**Job Description**:

- Support HR team in HR operations and Learning & Development for SEA region
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
- Able offer solutions through formal and informal, planned and the unplanned learning processes that occur in organizations.
- Assist in the planning and support learning or CSR events.
- Coordinate new hire orientations.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor/mentor

Project: Conduct research on various Talent Development initiatives - champion one learning initiative

**Qualifications**:

- Manage various Talent Development projects
- Cultivate interpersonal skills with a variety of people, across SEA regions
- Develop public speaking and project management skills
- Tech-savvy and know how to navigate through systems and tools; constantly finding ways to make tasks more efficient
