Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB 10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We are looking for strong talents to join us in multiple countries across the region.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead product development team from both business and technical perspective.

This role reports directly to the CEO and sits in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the strategy and execution of all product-related activities within an organization
- Develop product innovation, vision and strategy
- Setup product development team, both business and technology
- Lead and facilitate product and technology team in building products and deliveringvalue to both the user and the business
- Align with the management team on product direction and lead the team for execution
- Collaborate with the Business and Operation teams on implementation and Go toMarket
- Research customer needs and market landscape in order to keep up to the trend forproduct development
- Make sure the delivered products meet the needs from all perspectives: customer,business, security
- Meeting with investors and other stakeholders to present product directions / proposals
- Recommending product development strategies that generate increased revenuethrough sales of the new product
- Manage product implementation resource, cost, time, and quality
- Define product measurement and metrics
- Define and execute product marketing strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 15 years in product development
- Minimum 5 years in managing the team of over 50 team members
- Experience in building product strategy and execution
- Experience in running 5 - 6 squads in parallel
- Good understanding of product development life cycle
- Good understanding of technical i.e. APIs, Integration, High Level Architecture, Database, Cloud Technology
- Good understanding on design principle, design thinking, UX/UI Design
- Wiling to learn and willing to go the extra mile
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is a plus
