ABOUT THE ROLE
The Logistics Finance Senior Analyst will support the APAC Logistics teams, located at Coty’s APAC regional headquarter in Singapore. The individual would be closely partnering with the distribution leads, transport team and the multi - functional team spread across the region.

This role will lead all end to end planning, reporting and analysis activities for the Cluster to deliver a high standard of reporting and analytical support to the business. Support includes financial, business and market analysis and special projects as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop financial models and deliver financial analysis for decision making on logistics projects
Support operational teams to develop local logistic strategic plan and productivity projects portfolio, challenging productivity programs and animating internal and external benchmark
Conduct monthly DC performance review with each cluster (ANZ, China and SEA)
Review Cost to Serve Performance analysis per clusters

Financial Accounting and Reporting
Ensure reporting of Consolidated Logistic results (including Savings) and other Corporate Operations report issued to Global Central Finance Team (MOR, inventory, scorecards, Performance review) for monthly closing and latest estimates
Prepare journals for monthly closing
Ensure reporting processes in place are followed and updated
Analyse actual performance vs Plan and Prior Year
Track and monitor DTC (Direct to Consumer) spent in China and SEA

Budgeting and Reporting
Consolidate Plan and Forecast results within APAC Supply Chain Community
Ensure forecast quality and accuracy across logistic teams
Provide analysis of fluctuations by divisions and countries

Supply chain Compliances
Ensure APAC hub compliances requirement in relation with Internal Audit (process update and LRD set up)
Provide Corporate support for divesture, acquisition or turnaround projects and Tax Audit (transfer price)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**ESSENTIAL**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
Strong ownership and operational excellence to take initiative and drive actions and results
Self-Motivated, high level of transparency and integrity enjoy working in fast evolving business environment and teams
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
High attention to details and ability to lead project teams and change management initiatives
Analytical thinking and clarity of problem diagnosis, with ability to identify root causes

DESIRABLE
Experienced Analysts with Finance/Accounting as major and interest towards FMCG/Luxury
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Well versed with Excel and SAP, Introduction to Hyperion preferred
Planning, organizing and coordinating - able to plan and coordinate efforts both within areas of functional responsibility and across divisions and geographies.
Analytical capability - strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of key business drivers and ability to add value to the decision-making processes of the business through high level, strategic analysis and insights
Leadership - able to lead by example, inspire, motivate, engage, and drive results through others ensuring alignment to organisational priorities, goals and targets
Presentation skills - ability to present and communicate with confidence.
