Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, APAC Join to apply for the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, APAC role at Cushman & Wakefield Overview Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, APAC, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst APAC supports the full spectrum of Performance & Reward functional processes and activities across the APAC region. This role serves as a technical resource to People Leadership, People Partners, and Management for all things related to Performance & Reward. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst helps to plan, design, implement and communicate compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling Cushman & Wakefield to bring in the best talent to drive business performance. This role also involves analysing data and developing solutions, providing a foundation and support for the growth of the business. Job Description Performance & Reward Process, Policies, Procedures Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews including the planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes, assisting in population verification, working with People Partners and managers to ensure performance ratings completion and analysis of distribution and year-end spend/budgeting Supports the administration for annual incentive plans Assists Compensation and Finance teams in the year-end annual incentive
