An APAC Business Data Analyst plays a critical support role in analysing and interpreting data across business development, operations, logistics, and financial performance from business sites across the APAC region. This position works closely with local teams and HQ stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, financial understanding, and commercial effectiveness. The role involves cleaning and structuring data, developing reports, identifying trends, and contributing to continuous improvement in business processes and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Sales, Operational & Logistics Data Analysis**
- Analyse APAC site-level data across sales, operations, and logistics to support performance monitoring
- Review In-Do-Out process metrics to identify delays, resource gaps, or performance variances by sites
- Track and report on key indicators such as throughput, turnaround time, and transport efficiency
- Coordinate with site to validate data and support improvement initiatives through data-driven insights

**2.**Finance Performance Support**
- Review and analyse P&L-related data to highlight key cost, margin, and performance trends
- Assist in preparing monthly performance summaries for internal review
- Support budget planning and profitability analysis by site or business line

**3.**Data Preparation & Reporting**
- Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g. ERP, Zoho, site trackers) for reporting purposes
- Develop or update recurring dashboards and reports in tools such as Excel or PowerBI
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy in all reports by following defined metrics and logic

**4.**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work closely with APAC site teams and internal department ( _Business Development, Operations, Finance _) to understand data needs
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and help translate data into actionable business insights
- Maintain documentation for reporting templates and support alignment across sites
- Any other duties as assigned by superior/senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics, sales operations, or finance
- Experience working with large datasets and translating business needs into actionable insights
- Familiarity with regional APAC operations or multi-site reporting is a strong advantage

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or profitability modeling
- Experience in a regional role or cross-country data consolidation
- Basic understanding of supply chain or warehouse operations is a plus
