DESIGNATION : Industry Engagement Manager, Office of Industry Engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the VP P&E to deliver on the mission and vision of the P&E team in performing its integrative role of infusing coherence into the different SOCIs’ industry, innovation and internationalization efforts through strategic planning, market research, outreach initatives and stakeholder management.
- Lending critical support to set-up and manage the university-wide key account database management system, and the smooth operations of partnership and engagement activities.
- Helping with workplan development and execution, identification of market opportunities, conduct market research, industry engagement, budget planning and forecasting, planning outreach initatives and setting and meeting targets for stakeholder management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiar with office administration.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of procurement and claims, preferably on SAP.
- A basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Outstanding level of organization, coordination and time management skills.
- Meticulous with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful, independent worker and a team player.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish timely and high-quality work.
- A keen sense of ownership and accountability and acts with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
